Your Questions, Answered
-
Not at all. Our Foundations class is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to build confidence, improve technique, and understand the basics of reformer Pilates.
-
White Aura Pilates is an intimate boutique studio with only four reformers, meaning each class is small, focused, and personal. This allows your instructor to give more attention to your posture, form, and movement.
-
Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for safety, stability, and hygiene during reformer sessions.
-
If you are new to reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with Foundations. If you already have some experience, Flow is a great all-round class, while Sculpt is ideal if you want a stronger, more toning-focused session.
-
Please arrive around 5–10 minutes before your class, especially if it is your first visit. This gives you time to settle in, meet your instructor, and get comfortable with the reformer.
